Team Management
The Team section in Settings lets you manage who has access to your company's Envoi account.
Members
The Members tab shows all team members with their email, roles, scopes, and last login date.
- Search -- filter members by name or email
- Add member -- invite new team members (see below)
- Edit permissions -- click a member to update their scopes
- Remove member -- remove a team member from the company
- Change role -- the Owner can promote or demote members between Admin and Member
Invitations
The Invitations tab shows all pending (non-expired) invitations.
- Revoke -- cancel a pending invitation before it is accepted
Roles
Envoi uses a three-tier role system:
| Role | Description |
|---|---|
| Owner | Automatically assigned to the user who created the company. Has full access to everything. Cannot be removed. Only one Owner per company. |
| Admin | Full access to all features. Can invite and manage team members, edit permissions, and configure settings. |
| Member | Restricted access. Sees only their own invoices and clients. Cannot access received invoices, suppliers, or configuration. |
The Owner can change any member's role to Admin or Member. Admins cannot change roles.
Permissions
Each team member's access is controlled by 7 scopes. Each scope can be set to one of three levels:
| Access Level | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Full | Read and write access |
| Read Only | View only, no editing |
| None | No access to this area |
Available scopes:
| Scope | Description |
|---|---|
| Invoices | Create and manage outgoing invoices |
| Payments | View and manage payments |
| Reports | View financial reports |
| Settings | Company settings (readonly users can view but not edit) |
| Team | Manage team members and invitations |
| Suppliers | Manage supplier information |
| Cash Flow | Cash flow dashboard and insights |
Permission toggles use a Dintero-style header design -- click the toggle header to cycle between Full, Read Only, and None.

Data Visibility
The Member role has restricted data visibility:
| Area | Member Access |
|---|---|
| Outgoing invoices | Sees only invoices they created |
| Clients | Sees only clients linked to their own invoices |
| Received invoices | No access (403) |
| Suppliers | No access (403) |
| Configuration | No access (403) |
| Settings (with readonly scope) | Can view business settings but cannot edit |
| Team | No access unless Team scope is granted |
Owners and Admins see all company data regardless of permission scopes.
Settings Access
Users with the Settings scope set to readonly can view the Business settings page (company name, address, etc.) but cannot edit any fields or upload a logo. Users with Settings set to full can modify all business settings. Users with Settings set to none cannot access the settings area at all.
