Dashboard

The Dashboard is your home screen after signing in. It gives you a real-time overview of your financial status.

Stats Cards

At the top of the Dashboard, four summary cards show key numbers at a glance:

Card	What it shows
Owed to you	Total amount from outstanding sent invoices (Sent, Viewed, Overdue, Reminded, Collection Warning), plus the number of invoices
You owe	Total amount from unpaid received invoices (Pending and Received), plus the number of invoices
Overdue	Total overdue amount and number of overdue invoices
Paid this month	Total amount from invoices marked as Paid this calendar month

Cash Flow Chart

The cash flow chart shows a visual bar chart of your income vs. expenses over the last 6 months:

• Green bars represent income (paid sent invoices)
• Red bars represent expenses (paid received invoices)
• Hover over a bar to see the exact amount

This helps you quickly spot trends and seasonal patterns in your business finances.

Recent Invoices

Below the stats, a table shows your 8 most recent invoices with tabs to switch between:

• Sent -- your most recent outgoing invoices (excluding drafts)
• Received -- your most recent received invoices (visible to Owners and Admins only)

Each row shows the invoice number, client/supplier name, amount, and status. Click any row to open the invoice details.

Role-Based Visibility

• Owners and Admins see all company data, including both Sent and Received tabs
• Members see only the Sent tab with invoices they created
