Getting Started
What is Envoi?
Envoi is a fintech SaaS platform for Norwegian small and medium businesses (SMBs). It helps you manage invoices, payments, and financial insights -- powered by AI.
Creating an Account
Open Envoi at portal.envoi.no
Click Register at the bottom of the login page
Fill in the registration form:
Company Search:
- Start typing your company name or organization number
- A dropdown appears with matching companies from Bronnoyundregisteret
- Click your company to select it
- A green confirmation shows the company name, org number, and address
Personal Details:
- First name and last name
- Email address
- Password (minimum 8 characters)
Click Create account
You'll be redirected to the Dashboard
Signing In
There are two ways to sign in:
Email and password:
- Enter your email and password
- Click Sign in
Google Sign-In:
- Click Sign in with Google
- Select your Google account in the popup
- You'll be signed in automatically
If you registered with email/password and later sign in with Google using the same email, you'll access the same account. No duplicate is created.
Dashboard
The Dashboard is your home screen after signing in. It currently shows a welcome message.
Future features will include:
- Outstanding invoices overview
- Cash flow chart
- Recent activity
Navigation
Sidebar
The left sidebar shows:
- Company name at the top
- Dashboard -- your main workspace
- Invoices -- create and manage outgoing invoices
- Received Invoices -- upload and review supplier invoices
- Clients -- manage your clients
- Suppliers -- manage your suppliers
- Settings -- company, team, and configuration management
- Envoi branding at the bottom
Top Bar
The top-right corner has three icons:
- Documentation -- links to these docs
- Support -- help and support (coming soon)
- Profile -- click to open your profile menu
Profile Menu
Click the profile icon to see:
- Your name and email
- Profile settings (coming soon)
- Log out -- sign out of your account
