Settings

Click Settings in the sidebar to enter the settings area. The sidebar changes to show settings navigation with an Exit Settings button to return to the main view.

Business

The Business section has two tabs:

Account Details:

  • Envoi account name -- your company's display name
  • Envoi ID -- your unique 8-digit identifier (format: 1111XXXX), assigned automatically when your company is created

Company Info:

  • Company name -- legal name from Bronnoyundregisteret
  • Organization number -- Norwegian org number (9 digits)
  • Address -- registered business address
  • Post code -- postal code
  • City -- city/municipality

This information is populated from Bronnoyundregisteret when you select your company during registration.

Envoi ID

Every company in Envoi receives a unique Envoi ID in the format 1111XXXX (e.g., 11110001). This ID is:

  • Automatically generated when a company is first created
  • Displayed on the Business settings page
  • Used for support and account identification

Account Linking

Envoi uses email-based account linking. This means:

  • If you register with john@example.com using email/password
  • And later sign in with Google using the same john@example.com
  • You'll access the same account -- no duplicate is created

Your company, settings, and all data are linked to your email address regardless of how you sign in.

None currently. Future sprints will add keyboard navigation.

  • Google Chrome (recommended)
  • Microsoft Edge
  • Mozilla Firefox
  • Safari

Troubleshooting

"No company" shown in sidebar

Your account isn't linked to a company. This happens if:

  • You registered without selecting a company
  • You signed in with Google (new account created without company)

To fix: re-register with a new account and select a company during registration, or contact support.

Google Sign-In not working

  • Make sure pop-ups are allowed for the Envoi portal URL
  • Check that you're using a Google account added as a test user in the Google Cloud Console (while in testing mode)

"Invalid email or password"

  • Check your email spelling
  • Password is case-sensitive
  • If you registered with Google, you don't have a password -- use "Sign in with Google" instead
